Our unique recruitment and upskilling process invites candidates from different domains for a placement drive where they get selected in top companies through an exhaustive upskilling pathway at our location. This comes in right after candidate sourcing and involves skimming through resumes and cover letters to find the closest applicant-job-description matches keeping in mind their qualifications, skill sets, and projected candidate-organization fit, analysed through an interview process.
Upskilling as per vacancy.
Post screening process the candidates are invited for upskilling process to our dedicated research lab for 30 - 45 days. We move a step further in providing fooding and lodging, with state of an art insfrastructure to the selected candidates. All the financial liabilities is taken care by Technoledge.
Shift to corporate.
